Which Eaton UPS service option is right for you?

Startup, warranty and support

Our UPS and battery systems are backed by a standard factory warranty, so you know you’re getting the performance and reliability you need. Additionally, Eaton offers an extended warranty for single-phase UPSs below 5 kVA or non-hardwired units. 

Preventive maintenance

While numerous backup power UPS components are susceptible to failure, a preventive maintenance service plan ensures these parts are regularly examined, which greatly reduces the risk of a load loss and extends the overall lifespan of your UPS.

End of Service Life (EOSL) program

Eaton’s End of Service Life (EOSL) program announces out-of-production products and identifies older, obsolete technology that may need to be replaced to ensure customers are equipped with updated, state-of-the-art power protection and equipment.

Modernization services

Modernization services are offerings for customers interested in resetting the clock on their existing systems through product refurbishment versus replacement of aging 9395/9390/9355/9155 UPSs and 9315 SBMs.
