Brightlayer Distributed IT - Lite software for select Lenovo UPSs

Brightlayer DIT-Lite monitors and manages power equipment in physical or virtual environments to keep your IT devices running during power or environmental events.

Note: Intelligent Power Manager has been rebranded to Brightlayer Distributed IT - Lite.

Download and activate Brightlayer DIT-Lite in 5 easy steps

Step 1: Request entitlement

Submit your contact information and elligible Lenovo UPS model serial numbers(s) via the Lenovo UPS Brightlayer DIT-Lite entitlement request form. We will provide your Brightlayer DIT-Lite entitlement certificate to you via the email address you provide.

Step 2: Register/Login to your MyEaton account

Once you've received your Brightlayer DIT-Lite entitlement certificate, click the Register/Login button below to login to your MyEaton account. You will see a login screen similar to the image on the left. Type in your User name and click next. You will then be prompted to enter your password.

If you do not have a MyEaton account, click Sign up to create one.

Step 3: Associate your activation ID

Click the associate software button below. This will take you to a page that will ask you to enter your activation ID. Your activation ID is provided in your Brightlayer DIT-Lite entitlement certificate email.

After you've entered your ID, click submit.

Once your software has been associated, you will be able to access your subscriptions from your MyEaton dashboard. To get to the dashboard, click on your User name in the upper right corner of Eaton.com. This will open your MyProfile page.

Step 4: Download your software

Next, access your active software subscritions via the software downloads section of your MyProfile page.

NOTE: If you have not completed step 3 to associate your activation ID, you will not see this option.

From the software downloads page, you can downlad your preferred version of Brightlayer DIT-Lite.

Step 5: Activate and start your subscription

Once you've installed your software, a wizard will appear to walk you through how to activate your license and start your subscription.
