It’s a staffing and logistical challenge that often takes multiple days or weeks to address, leaving your organization vulnerable to a power outage.

Our Automated Replacement Service (ARS), which is part of the Brightlayer software suites, continuously monitors Eaton single-phase UPSs around the clock for unexpected failures. When an alert is triggered and then validated by our support team, we send an Eaton single-phase UPS replacement (Eaton 5PX, 9PX and 9SX UPS families) to the site of the failed unit as fast as next day. Because the units are small and low voltage, anyone on-site can safely swap out the old UPS for the new one—eliminating the involvement of your IT team, so they can stay focused on critical tasks.

Maintain edge sites with minimal IT resources

When a UPS fails, anyone can replace it, including administrative or other non-IT staff, by unplugging the old unit and plugging the new one in. You’ll receive a monthly report that documents replacements to simplify asset management for audit tracking.

Increase uptime and protect your investment

We will continuously and autonomously monitor your single-phase UPS fleet. When a failure happens, we can have the new UPS delivered as quickly as next day, preventing downtimes from multiple days or weeks to 24 hours or less.

Environmentally responsible UPS replacement

When a UPS fails, return the failed unit in the replacement unit’s box and ship it back to us using the supplied label. We take care of the recycling for you, eliminating the hidden time and cost associated with meeting local requirements.
