Eaton provides complete design solutions for fuel conveyance systems. By applying our extensive experience in fuel systems integration, we offer low-risk installations as measured by minimized space claim, optimized weight and correct component selection, along with verified functionality and compliance. We also include a life cycle suite of tools necessary to deliver complete fuel conveyance systems—from compatible computer-aided design (CAD) and model-based systems engineering (MBSE) suites to customized analytical tools and onsite test facilities.​

Tubing

Eaton designs customized rigid tube assemblies for specific routings to optimize fuel transfer throughout the aircraft. Our tubing provides a range of pressure capabilities and is composed of aluminum, stainless steel or titanium materials in varying wall thicknesses.

Ducting

Eaton can engineer articulating fuel ducts for specific applications. Constructed from aluminum, stainless steel or titanium, our fire-resistant assemblies provide the angulation and articulation needed for challenging interfaces within aircraft fuel cells and engines.​

Couplings

Eaton’s lightweight, flexible Gamah™ threadless couplings for aerospace fuel systems are available in a variety of sizes and AS standards. With proper seal selection, they’re ideal for use in fluid systems ranging in temperature from -65°F to +375°F (-53.8°C to 195°C) for metallic assemblies.​

Clamps & brackets​

A fuel conveyance system is not complete until it’s installed in the aircraft. Eaton offers a large selection of bulkhead fittings, clamps and brackets to ensure complete and durable installations, and we also design and manufacture customized products to meet specific application requirements.​
